Purchase clauses and requirements

By accepting the order, the service provider accepts the intrinsic clauses of the product/service category provided. The applicable clauses for the supply of the following products/services are:

A. Crude metals: 1-2-3-3-4-5

B. Hardware: 1-2-5-8

C. Special processes: 1-7-8-9-10-10

D. Calibration: 1-7-8-9

E. Transport and other services: 7-8

F. Processing without crude metals: 6-7-8-9-10-10

G. Processing including crude metals: 1-2-3-3-4-5-5-6-6-7-8-9-9-10

Details of applicable clauses:

1) Include a certificate of conformity

2) Include Mill's test certificate;

3) Guaranteed that the equipment has not been brought into contact with mercury or beryllium;

4)Guaranteed that the equipment has not been subjected to any welding processes (except for the DOM tube);

5) The material shipped corresponds to the documentation provided;

6) Provide, prior to execution, methods, processes and equipment for approval;

7) Your staff has the skills, including all the qualifications required to fulfill our order;

8) Your organization will analyze, within a reasonable time, the NCs or corrective action requests submitted, once our inspection is completed;

9) Will take action on the periodic evaluations provided to you (if necessary);

10) Accept the verification/validation activities that CNC production "and/or its client" would like to carry out on your premises (2 working days notice) before delivery.
