HISTORY AND HIGHLIGHTS
Our company was founded by Mr. Sylvain Dufour and Michel Picard. In 2016, a third shareholder, Mr. Jean-François Lamontagne, joined the company. The 3 managers have solid experience in the field of industrial machining. Mr. Sylvain Dufour, the president, has over 30 years of experience as a machinist and programmer. Mr. Jean-François Lamontagne is a welder and assembler with over 15 years of experience. Mr. Michel Picard has more than 40 years of experience in precision machining, including 28 years of experience as a sales manager.

PROFILE OF THE LEADERS
The owners are Sylvain Dufour, Michel Picard & Jean-Francois Lamontagne. Sylvain Dufour and Michel Picard are the founders of the company, which was founded in December 2002. The machine shop offers high-precision numerically controlled machining and manufacturing services (welding-assembly) as a subcontractor for companies in the industrial and technological sectors. The products made by Usinage CNC Production Inc. are custom-made, according to the drawings and specifications provided by its customers.
The managers are experienced workers in the machining industry and in manufacturing and marketing. Sylvain Dufour has more than 30 years of experience as a machinist, programmer, and foreman for various workshops, including 14 years as an administrator. Michel Picard has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, including nearly 28 years as a sales manager and 14 years as a director. Jean-Francois Lamontagne has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, including 4 years as a director of the company.
